Puigpunyent is a two thousand people village, counting on the nearby village of Galilea, 4 Km. away. It's in a wide and green valley surrounded by hight mountains, the most notable of wich is Es Galatzó, 1.025 m. Hiking route 4 hours and 15 minutes. Enjoy Serra de Tramuntana Holidays.

Nearest beaches and golf

Mallorca is apreciate because its beaches: Sant Elm in Andratx is 16 Km., Santa Ponsa in Calvià is 13 Km., Cala Comtesa in Calvià is 11,5 Km. and beaches of Palma are only at 14 km.

But really the farest beaches of Cala Ratjada are only 1 hour away with the car.

There are more than 400 beaches and calas in our island, all impressives. Some of them are in Serra de Tramuntana holidays. Sure!

Palma de Mallorca

14 km separates Ses Marjades, in the Serra de Tramuntana fom the old town of Palma. There is possible to visit the old town every day, and some shops in the center opens sundays too.

The Cathedral, Almudaina Palace, Bellver Castle, La Llotja,Santa Eulàlia Church, Paseig Marítim... enjoy the city and the spanish cooking too.

There are many high quality stablishments and restaurants in Puigpunyent.

Nature trips

In Mallorca there are natural caves that can be visited. Not far from Puigpunyent you can visit the caves of Genova,

(15 km), that are in Palma.

Native wildlife and flora can be admired only walking five minutes out of Puigpunyent, but children use to enjoy visiting La Reserva del Puig de Galtzó, 3 km. from Ses Marjades, into the forest.
